Job Summary
Loyear Disaster Restoration LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients in need of disaster restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup. The ideal candidate is a driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping people during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, realtors, and other industry professionals.
- Promote Loyear Disaster Restoration LLC’s services, including water, fire, and mold damage restoration, to prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits and meet with clients to assess their needs and explain the restoration process.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts tailored to each client’s specific situation.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with existing clients to maintain long-term relationships and obtain repeat business or referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing restoration projects.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to represent the company and grow brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress in the company CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally in disaster restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the disaster restoration industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
